REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility:

The only way that customers are gonna be eligible for refund are

  1. Non-Delivery of Package: We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. If, for any reason, you do not receive your package, please first contact the carrier, as they are often best equipped to assist with locating or resolving delivery issues. If the non-delivery can be verified through our tracking system, and the issue was not resolved by the carrier, you will be eligible for a replacement, based on your preference.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Us: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team at nsvvintagestore@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  2. Verification: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information, such as photos or order details, to verify the claim.

  3. Refund or Replacement: Once the claim is verified, we will initiate the refund process. You can expect to receive your new order within 2 weeks or simply a refund that takes 1-2 business days to reach your account.

Exceptions:

  1. Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We will not be responsible for refunds or replacements if the incorrect address was provided.

  2. Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If a package is refused or left unclaimed at the designated delivery address, we will not be able to issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely acceptance of deliveries.
