NSV Vintage offers Grade A second-hand clothing (please refer to our Sizing / Condition page for more details on Grade A clothing).
To ensure compliance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, every garment undergoes professional laundering and rigorous quality assurance processes. Each item is measured to provide an accurate representation of its current size. For sizing specifics, please refer to our Sizing / Condition page.
We guarantee that all garments meet satisfactory quality standards, are fit for their intended purpose, and accurately described. Minor fading, fabric wear, and distressing are to be expected. In case of a faulty or damaged item, customers have the right to initiate a return.
The cost of returning non-faulty goods is the customer's responsibility.
Sizing: Given that our collection features second-hand (vintage) clothing, it's common for garments to lack size tags or to have experienced changes like shrinking or stretching over time, leading them to no longer conform to their original tagged sizes. To address this, our curators individually measure each top and assign a corresponding "fits as" size.
For legwear, sizing is based on the original tagged size, usually found on the back tab (Levi's) or the inner care label.
When placing an order, we advise opting for a larger size to ensure a comfortable fit.
Condition: We exclusively offer Grade A vintage items. Grade A vintage exhibits signs of age such as minor fading, fabric wear, and distressing.
Each garment undergoes professional laundering and a stringent quality assurance process, encompassing authentication, condition assessment, and sizing, before being carefully selected and packed for orders.
CANADA Shipping: Domestic - 5-10 working days* (*Larger orders may require up to 14 working days for curation.)
International Shipping: USA & Mexico shipping - 1-4 weeks Rest of world shipping - 2-5 weeks (Import duty fees and taxes for international orders may be required at your destination country; the buyer is responsible for these charges.)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. This falls within your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The cancellation period ends 14 days from the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract through a clear statement (e.g., via email). Our authorization for the cancellation will be sent via email. Only authorized returns will be processed.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it suffices to send your cancellation communication before the period expires.
Effects of cancellation: We will promptly reimburse you, no later than - (a) 14 days after we receive any returned goods from you, or (b) 14 days after you provide evidence of returning the goods, or (c) if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
We will use the same payment method you initially used for the transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
